ACCESSIBILITY INFO
Is the Fallser Club accessible for people with disabilities?
Absolutely. Our lower floor and main concert space are fully wheelchair accessible, and we’re happy to provide seating and companion seating as needed. We’re committed to making sure everyone can enjoy live music with us, which means:
- Clear communication and information access, whether you’re browsing online or visiting in person
- Equal access to ticket purchasing, venue entry, and all our services
- Fair accessible seating sales with companion seats available
- Reasonable modifications to our policies when needed so everyone can fully participate
- Service animals are always welcome, even though we’re normally pet-free
- Physical accessibility that meets ADA standards throughout our space
At The Fallser Club, we believe live music and community spaces should be welcoming, safe, and accessible to everyone. We are committed to creating an environment where all people, regardless of ability, identity, background, age, race, gender, orientation, neurodiversity, or economic circumstance feel respected, comfortable, and genuinely included.
We strive to remove barriers wherever we can, both physical and social, and we continue learning how to better serve our community through accessibility improvements, thoughtful programming, and open dialogue. Our goal is not only to provide access to music and art, but to foster connection, belonging, and dignity for every person who walks through our doors.
If you have specific accessibility needs, questions, or suggestions, we encourage you to reach out to us. We know accessibility is an ongoing practice, and we are committed to growing alongside our community to make The Fallser Club a space where everyone can participate fully and feel at home.Have questions or specific accessibility needs? Do you use strobe lighting?
We have strobe lighting in our setup, but we only use it occasionally. If you’re sensitive to strobes, just shoot us an email letting us know which show you’re planning to attend, and we’ll make sure it stays off. Your comfort matters to us!
