Frequently Asked Questions:

Getting Here

How do I get to the Fallser Club? Is parking a nightmare?

Good news! Getting to East Falls is actually pretty easy. The East Falls Train Station is just a short walk from our door, SEPTA bus routes K and 61 drop off closeby, and if you’re driving, there’s plenty of free street parking by the station entrance at 3610 Midvale Ave and in the train station parking lot. Need more options? There’s a paid municipal lot three blocks away at 4100 Ridge Ave. Both Midvale and Ridge Ave are well-lit, so you’re all set even for evening shows!

Note: Parking immediately outside The Fallser Club on Midvale is only 2-hour parking.

Food & Drinks

What’s the food situation?

We’ve got light snacks and refreshments available at the Fallser Club, including free popcorn at most shows (because popcorn makes everything better). But here’s the real deal: we’ve partnered with our favorite neighborhood spot, Taqueria Cresta, which is less than a block away. Show your Fallser Club ticket and score 10% off your meal. Tacos before the show? Yes, please!

Tickets

Should I buy tickets online or can I just show up?

Both work! Online ticket sales close 2 hours before showtime, but we usually have tickets available at the door. That said, buying in advance is a win-win: you’ll save a few bucks with our advance ticket discount, and it helps us and the artists plan ahead for capacity and staffing to make sure the show goes off without a hitch.

Help! I lost my ticket confirmation email. Am I doomed?

Not at all, no need to panic! We keep a guest list of everyone who purchased tickets, so just give us your name when you arrive and we’ll get you checked in. Easy peasy.

Accessibility

Is the Fallser Club accessible for people with disabilities?

Absolutely. Our lower floor and main concert space are fully wheelchair accessible, and we’re happy to provide seating and companion seating as needed. We’re committed to making sure everyone can enjoy live music with us, which means:

  • Clear communication and information access, whether you’re browsing online or visiting in person
  • Equal access to ticket purchasing, venue entry, and all our services
  • Fair accessible seating sales with companion seats available
  • Reasonable modifications to our policies when needed so everyone can fully participate
  • Service animals are always welcome, even though we’re normally pet-free
  • Physical accessibility that meets ADA standards throughout our space

Have questions or specific accessibility needs? Please reach out to us at director@thefallserclub.com and we’ll make sure your experience is a great one. We’re here to help!

Do you use strobe lighting?

We have strobe lighting in our setup, but we only use it occasionally. If you’re sensitive to strobes, just shoot us an email letting us know which show you’re planning to attend, and we’ll make sure it stays off. Your comfort matters to us!
